"I’ve used Chain Reaction a few times now..."
I’ve used Chain Reaction a few times now the main thing for me is that they just seem to have loads of stuff in stock. Like I’ll go looking for tyres or a tool or some random little bike part I can’t find anywhere locally, and somehow it’s usually there. The site’s easy to search as well, which helps because I’m often not 100% sure what I’m looking for until I see it. Prices seem fair enough, and I do like that there are a few different options instead of just one brand or one version of everything. Yeah, I’ll probably keep using them.

I ended up saving quite a bit, which was nice because I was just browsing around after lunch and wasn’t really planning to buy much. The regular prices are fine, but when stuff is on sale, it actually feels worth it. I’d definitely check back again, especially if I’m not in a rush and can wait for a deal.

"Pretty quick delivery, honestly"
I’ve ordered a few bike bits from them here and there, and they always seem to turn up faster than I expected. The tracking is usually decent too, and I don’t think I’ve ever had a parcel go missing or anything like that.

"Return was fine, just slower than I hoped"
I sent my item back and did get the refund in the end, so it worked out. It just took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying because I kept checking my account and then forgetting about it, then remembering again later. Support did reply when I reached out, but not exactly fast. Overall, not terrible, just a bit slow.

“Yes. My bike was received with one end of the box fully open, and this caused movement of the bike in transit, resulting in the chain falling off and catching tight between the frame and the chainrings. This resulted in a bent chainset and 3 months of hassle getting ti resolved. STRESS!”
